The Epitome of Awesome! [Sarcasm]

Hey guys, what is up?  Blisters are finally gone, but now my skin is dry as fuck and has started to peel quite a bit!  Yay!  Anyway, to make things better, I (finally) got Borderlands for my Xbox 360 today, and, might I say, it is quite fun so far.  I just wish I had internet connection and Xbox Live so I could get some Co-op or something going.  I'll also probably need a headset so as to have voice chat with it, and add some people to my friends list.  You know, the usual.
On the other hand, for the stuff I planned to do with my YouTube channel, I do have to say something in response to Bill S.978*: I get that you guys just want to keep the integrity of a copyright, I get that, but does that give you a right to take away the people's freedom of speech?  Say someone does a cover of a song on YouTube.  Is it really worth sending someone to jail because of that?  Or say someone does a Let's Play of a game.  Is that really a crime?  After all, they never stole the object of question, and thus they have the right to use it as they please as long as they are not selling copies of it for a profit, and, even if they did, that is handled by civil law, not criminal law.  If they had stolen the object of question, that would be a crime worthy of jail or a fine, but that's really the extent of what you should do.  Of course, not only would you be heavily hurting the online popular culture that has come to be, but you are actually destroying a form of advertising of this object of question, and are thus hurting the profit of a company rather than helping it like you think.  Don't get me wrong, I honestly doubt that this bill will even pass, but I just need to get my voice out, and, if you guys could, too, I would just love you all (though I already do xD).
Anyway, I do hope you guys have a good day tomorrow, and a good night tonight, and I will see you all later!
